1. Agreement

By creating a Swing-Trade Investment Firm account you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, AML & KYC Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to hold digital assets in your jurisdiction. Business accounts must be opened by an authorised representative.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise or abuse.

4. Investment plans, mining contracts and property packages

Each product states its term, expected return and payout schedule before purchase. Purchases are final once the term starts. Returns are settled to your wallet balance according to the stated schedule.

Mining payouts are converted from their USD value into XAUT or XRP at the market price at the time of settlement.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited after network confirmation and review. Withdrawals require completed identity verification and are subject to the fees and minimums displayed in the app. We may delay or decline a withdrawal where required by law or our AML procedures.

6. Loans and cards

Loans are offered at our discretion to verified members. Repayment terms are shown before you accept. Cards are provided through partner issuers and are subject to their terms.

7. Fees

All fees are shown before you confirm a transaction. We may update fees with notice on the platform.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use Swing-Trade Investment Firm for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to interfere with the platform's operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swing-Trade Investment Firm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, network outages or events outside our control.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
